Clearing Cache
If you're experiencing strange issues with seeing our curriculum or getting attachments, it could
very well be that you just need to clear your browsers cache. This is a fix we use often, and is
usually the first thing we do to fix issues in viewing our curriculum.
Quick way to clear your cache:
Windows:
In any browser on a Windows machine (Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Chrome), with the browser
open press CTRL+Shift+Delete and it will pop open the clear browser history window.
In Internet Explorer: It will have a list of check boxes, the only 2 that you need to have checked
are "Temporary Internet files and website files" and "Cookies and website data". All other boxes
need to be unchecked. Click "Delete" at the bottom of the window.
In Firefox: The "Cache" check box is the only one that needs to be checked. When that's
checked, click "Clear Now" at the bottom of the window.
In Chrome: The "Cached images and files" check box is the only one that needs to be checked.
When that's checked, click "Clear browsing data" at the bottom of the window.
Mac:
In any browser on a Mac machine, with the browser open press Shift+Command+Delete (in
Safari it's Shift+Command+E) and it will pop open the clear browser history window.
In Safari: It will automatically clear the cache when you press the hot key
In Firefox: The "Cache" check box is the only one that needs to be checked. When that's
checked, click "Clear Now" at the bottom of the window.
In Chrome: The "Empty the cache" check box is the only one that needs to be checked. When
that's checked, click "Clear browsing data" at the bottom of the window.
After you've cleared your cache, just refresh the page and you should be good to go!
Long way to clear your cache
If the quick way isn't working for you, you'll need to try this method. Below is a link with steps
to clear your cache for most the browsers that are out there. Just choose your browser from the
list in the link and follow the directions.

After you've cleared your cache, just refresh the page and you should be good to go!
